WE ARE ACCEPTING WHOLE CARASS DEER FROM MINNESOTA ONLY!!

ALL OUT-OF-STATE WILD GAME MUST BE BONELESS TRIM!!!

Must be paid when deer are dropped off:

  • $50.00 Deposit on each deer OR
  • $50.00 Deposit for Boneless Trim.

ALL YOUR SAUSAGES ARE MADE FROM YOUR DEER ONLY!!!
WE DO NOT MIX YOUR DEER WITH ANY OTHER
WILD GAME.
All sausages contain 1/4 beef or 1/4 pork. This is included in the charges.
Sausages will be done individually with a minimum of 30 lbs.
Charges for Sausage Products Being Made
Sticks (Beef Added) Starting weight going into Smokehouse $3.00 per lb.
Summer Sausage (Beef Added) $2.50 per lb.
German-Style Summer Sausage (Beef Added) $2.50 per lb.
Polish Sausage (Pork Added) $2.50 per lb.
Bratwurst (Pork Added) $2.50 per lb.
Breakfast Ring (Pork Added) $2.50 per lb.
Bologna (Pork Added) $2.50 per lb.
Seasoned Breakfast Links (Pork Added) $2.25 per lb.
FOR THE FOLLOWING 3 SAUSAGES, YOU WILL NEED A MINIMUM OF 19# WILD GAME, WE WILL ADD 6# BEEF OR PORK AND 5# CHEESE.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR  30# OF SAUSAGE MAKING.
