ALL OUT-OF-STATE WILD GAME MUST BE BONELESS TRIM!!!

Must be paid when deer are dropped off:

  • $50.00 Deposit on each deer OR
  • $50.00 Deposit for Boneless Trim.

All sausages contain  1/4 pork. This is included in the charges.
Sausages will be done individually with a minimum of 30 lbs.

Breakfast Ring (Pork Added) $2.65 per lb.

FOR THE FOLLOWING 3 SAUSAGES, YOU WILL NEED A MINIMUM OF 19# WILD GAME, WE WILL ADD 6# PORK AND 5# CHEESE.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR  30# OF SAUSAGE MAKING.
